Terms and Conditions
§1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the offer of the online store (hereinafter: the Store) operated by TRU Labs Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Mielec, ul. Lwowska 6, NIP: 8172201869 (hereinafter: the Seller).
The Store sells electrical products via the websites miuun.com and [www.miuun.pl](http://www.miuun.com).
All products sold in the Store are brand new and free from hidden defects.
§2. Orders
Orders in the Store may be placed by adults with full legal capacity.
Orders can be placed via the Store’s website.
Orders are accepted by the Seller 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
An order is effective at the moment it is submitted by the Customer via the Store’s website.
Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer or in another manner agreed with the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order in the event of product unavailability or in other justified cases.
§3. Prices and Payments
Prices of products displayed on the Store’s website are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
The price of a product does not include delivery costs.
Payments for ordered products may be made via electronic payments or traditional bank transfer.
Once the payment is credited to the Seller’s account, the products will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer.
If payment is not received within 7 days of placing the order, the order will be canceled.
§4. Delivery
Products are shipped via courier services (e.g., DPD, InPost, Poczta Polska, or others).
Shipping costs are charged according to the courier’s price list.
The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and usually takes 1 to 5 business days.
If delivery is not possible, the courier will leave a notice requesting redelivery or collection from a pickup point.
In the case of pickup from a collection point, the Customer is obliged to collect the parcel within 7 days from the date of notification of availability. After this period, the shipment will be returned to the Seller.
The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure, such as weather conditions, machine failure, or transport issues.
§5. Complaints and Returns
The Customer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract and an additional 14 days to return the product.
Returns are accepted provided that the product is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and shows no signs of use.
The Customer bears the cost of returning the product.
In the case of a defective product, the Customer may file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
A complaint should be submitted in writing or electronically and include a description of the defect and the Customer’s details.
The Seller is obliged to consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued using the same payment methods used by the Customer in the original transaction. The Customer will not incur any fees related to such a refund.
§6. Product Conformity with the Contract and Seller’s Liability
1. The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that exists at the time of delivery and is revealed within two years, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws 2020, item 287, as amended).
2. If the goods are not in conformity with the contract, the Customer may request repair or replacement. The Seller may replace the goods if the Customer requests repair, or the Seller may repair the goods if the Customer requests replacement, if bringing the goods into conformity in the chosen manner is impossible or would involve excessive costs for the Seller. If repair and replacement are impossible or would involve excessive costs for the Seller, the Seller may refuse to bring the goods into conformity.
3. The Customer may submit a statement requesting a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract if:
* the Seller has refused to bring the goods into conformity in accordance with section 2;
* the Seller has not brought the goods into conformity within a reasonable time after being informed by the Customer and without undue inconvenience to the Customer, taking into account the nature of the goods and the purpose for which the Customer purchased them;
* the lack of conformity is so significant that it justifies a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract without first requesting repair or replacement;
* it is clear from the Seller’s statement or the circumstances that the Seller will not bring the goods into conformity within a reasonable time or without undue inconvenience to the Customer.
4. Complaints under conformity of goods with the contract (previously warranty) must be submitted within 2 years from the date of delivery.
5. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt. Lack of response within this period means the complaint is considered accepted.
6. The product subject to complaint should be returned to the following address: TRU Labs Sp. z o.o., ul. Dworcowa 4/16, 39-300 Mielec.
§7. Personal Data Protection
Customers’ personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
Customers’ personal data are processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and for marketing purposes, in compliance with applicable legal regulations.
Customers have the right to access their personal data and to correct them.
§8. Online Payments
The entity providing online payment services for instant transfers is PayPro S.A.
The payment card operator is PayPro S.A. Settlement Agent, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068.
Accepted payment cards are Visa and Mastercard.
§9. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
Amendments take effect on the date of their introduction.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.
The competent court for resolving disputes arising from sales contracts concluded via the Store is the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
