Returns

You can return products purchased from us within 60 days of receiving your package. To do this, simply log in to your account and use the quick return option.

Step 1: Select products to return
Return all or only selected items from your order list. You have 60 days to make a return.

Step 2: Provide shipment details
Check the details retrieved from your order and fill in any missing information, such as shipping method, packaging type, and shipping date.

Step 3: Pack and send the package
Pack the return in the original or any other packaging. Hand the package over to the courier, drop it off at a parcel locker, or bring it to a shipping point. The products will be returned to the store.
