The Operator is the Controller of your personal data with respect to data provided voluntarily on the Website.
The legal basis for processing personal data is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
The purpose of processing the Buyer’s data by the Seller, provided in connection with purchases in the Store, is the fulfillment of orders. The legal basis for processing personal data is:
* the sales contract or actions taken at the Buyer’s request prior to its conclusion (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
* the legal obligation of the Seller related to accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
* the legitimate interest of the Seller in establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
In addition, the Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

* Operating a comment system
* Operating an online forum

* insurers,
* law firms and debt collectors,
* banks,
* payment operators,

* comment system operators,
* online chat solution providers,

Your personal data are processed by the Controller no longer than is necessary to perform the related activities defined by separate regulations (e.g., accounting). For marketing data, processing will not exceed 3 years.
