What delivery methods are available and how much do they cost?
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs, such as courier services (InPost, DPD, Orlen Paczka, DHL, Pocztex) and InPost Parcel Lockers. The exact delivery costs and available options are displayed during checkout after you enter your address.
How long does order processing take?
Orders placed and paid for by 1:30 PM are usually processed the same day. Delivery time depends on the chosen method and carrier, usually between 1 and 2 business days.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the shipment on the carrier’s website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship orders abroad to all European Union countries. During checkout, you will be able to select the destination country and the delivery method available in that country. International deliveries are handled by DPD.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
In such a case, please contact us immediately! We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible – by replacing the product or sending the missing items.

We accept online payments (BLIK, instant bank transfers, payment cards) via secure payment systems (e.g., Przelewy24, Stripe). Cash on delivery is also available.

Yes, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use.
