On the product page, you will find detailed information about the time we need to prepare the product for shipment. We start processing your order as soon as we receive the payment. In the case of a traditional bank transfer, the processing time is extended by the time required for the payment to be credited.
Order processing times may be longer during promotional campaigns.
Once your entire order has been completed, the package will be packed and handed over to the courier company. The delivery time depends on the selected carrier, type of shipment, and delivery address. It usually takes up to 2 business days. If you chose delivery to an InPost Parcel Locker®, the shipment will arrive at your selected pickup point within 1–2 business days from the moment it is dispatched.
A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order.
